COLE BROS SHOP WILL BE CLOSING PERMANENTLY. as at end of trade 3rd DECEMBER 2022
AS FOR NOW WE ARE STILL OPEN and we’d love to see you soon!
To all our Valued Customers-We would like to say THANK YOU for your support over the past 10 years. We truly APPRECIATE IT.
Unfortunately due to the QX disease which has devastated the SYDNEY ROCK OYSTER Industry in Port Stephens we MUST restructure our business in order to survive as Oyster Farmers. In the future we will be farming PACIFIC Oysters and selling them as Wholesalers.
This has certainly not been any easy decision but definitely a necessary one. Farming and Wholesaling the Pacific Oyster species is truly our only option and is also a challenge that we look forward to. We will certainly as always give it our all.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish each and everyone of our customers and your families all the very best. ALSO we would like to THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your UNDERSTANDING.
As for everyone in our own immediate and extended family who has helped us as a part of our immediate team THANK YOU. To all of you who helped from time to time throughout the years, at Oyster Festivals, Christmas and Easter, Saturdays or at any other time, or in any other way (computer help, shopping etc) THANK YOU SO MUCH.
We would like to acknowledge the other Oyster Farmers in Port Stephens. We send our support and best wishes to all as we are all in this together.

Due to excessive rainfall our harvest zones are closed.

Shop closed from today 11:30am
21st October.
