Position: Stock Person for Contract Mustering and Weaner Tailing Camp
We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team in a remote agricultural setting.
About the Role: This position involves working with cattle in remote areas and assisting with the handling, riding, and educating of young horses. This is a highly physical, hands-on role suited to someone who is confident, capable, and experienced in real-world cattle and horse handling. You will be spending long days, in the sun, away from facilities working as a team. There will be limited to no access to communications, even when at base camp.
Requirements:
🔸Proven experience working with cattle in agricultural settings including branding, castrating, tagging, and inoculating in a fast-paced environment.
🔸Experience riding and educating young horses (must have practical, real-world experience — not just trail riding, pony club, or stable hand). This includes being able to maintain saddlery, and shoe horses.
🔸Ability to work effectively in a team environment, have a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
