Our cattle are raised and grazed right here on the farm — 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, slow grown, lean and full of flavour.

There will be no lamb available on this run, so it’s all about the beef!

If your freezer is looking a little bare, now is the time to get your order in.

Springtime around Allambie 🌱

New calves arriving, lambs in the paddocks and that wonderful feeling of new life everywhere you look.

I’ve watched this process for more than 40 years, but I never grow tired of it.

There is something very special about sitting quietly, watching the cows with their calves and taking in the simple beauty of farm life.

These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do — and why I’m so proud to raise our livestock right here at Allambie. 💚

🌿 AROUND ALLAMBIE — AND THE WHEELS KEEP TURNING

The trailer has finally been washed, unpacked and put away after a huge weekend at Manilla.

We're tired... but very grateful. ❤️

The response from Manilla has been wonderful, and we've already had people asking when we're coming back with deliveries.

We've also received some lovely messages:

And those messages mean a lot to us.

Because sometimes it's the basics that matter most.

Mince and sausages are everyday family food — but that doesn't mean the quality going into them should be everyday.

We don't scrimp on what goes into ours.

Our beef is raised and finished on pasture, and we produce a naturally lean product — more beautiful beef, less unnecessary fat.

And while one Allambie trailer has been put away...

What a way to experience our very first market.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Allambie stall, bought from us, had a chat or simply came over to say hello.

And to the Manilla Lions Club — thank you for making us feel so welcome. We hope to see you all again when the Lions Market returns in six months!

Tomorrow is packing day at Allambie because this Saturday we're heading to our very first market! 🎉

We'll be at the Manilla Lions Market from 9am–1pm, and we're genuinely excited.

We're looking forward to catching up with some of our wonderful existing customers — and hopefully meeting plenty of new Allambie faces too.

The trailer will be packed with our farm-direct beef & lamb, including individual cuts and the chance to Build Your Own Allambie 5.
