The different between Spanish Mackerel (SM) and Grey Mackerel (GM)
-SM body is round, skin is shined, smooth and has strips. The meat of SM is sticky and juicy.
-GM body is flat, skin is also shine but not as much compare to SM. The meat of GM is dry, nice for pan fry.
