Flamin Good Chilli
we are a local company here on the mid nth coast NSW we started mucking around with chilli to make beef jerky and we could not get any chilli’s locally so a good mate sent me some seeds (TYRIAN) and it started by mid way in 2012 . We where hooked ..then we started to make some great jerky and it was a hit i looked into making it full on but there was to many hoop to jump through

we did some seasoning with salts and use it for the jerky .then a few mates tried it and went wow that is good can you make some
so we start and it went off
we grew all in our back yard in town for the first year or so then it was going off after we started entering the Mr Chilli Awards and we smashed them
2014 / 2015 /2016 ..we was flat out this year and did not enter any thing so nothing this year. But then we said this is too big to do in our back yard
so the next big stage was lets buy a farm and we did 20 acres not far from town
we goy a old Nursery i use to work at (small world hey )
for the last 3 year we have been flat out setting it up to where we need to be and are so close to it now 1 more year we think 2018
with the support of some great people and company helping us
we have grown and will keep growing with more and more product under way all the time
we pride our selves of growing all our chilli’s and most our herbs and hand make all the stuff we sell,
