My version of lasagna layered with mushrooms and slow cooked beef ragù, a splash of velvety béchamel and grated cheese.

A Classic of Italian cuisine. Rigatoni tossed in a rich tomato sauce with crispy guanciale, grated cheese and a touch of chilli. Simple, bold and full of flavour. 🇮🇹

Hello everyone, and happy Wednesday!

Well… after 4 years of personally building my website from scratch (adding every product, taking every photo, writing every description, learning how to manage it and updating it manually almost every day ) GoDaddy has decided to give me another little “surprise”. 🤦‍♀️😂

This time, they’ve managed to leave me with… an empty shop.
Bravissimi! 👏😂

So, while I try not to lose my mind, I’m working hard (again!) to build a completely new website with another provider.

In the meantime, we’re going old school:

Small batches, made fresh by order, or frozen and ready to take away by appointment. A gourmet dish from my kitchen straight to your table, with passion and dedication.

Red w**e sauce, slow cooked, served with Milanese risotto (saffron) and extra sauce to finish this luscious dish. They have different sizes: big and bigger 😉

Don’t forget your “scarpetta” with a slice of bread to cancel any proof of guilt ☺️
