Our signature and much-loved Burnt Basque Cheesecake comes in a super-melty version! 🤎

Available in three delicious flavours: Plain, Chocolate & Matcha 🍫🍵

Using the same recipe and the same cake volume as our regular large cheesecake, we’ve transformed it into a taller medium-sized cake for an even softer, creamier texture.

Our chef created this version because he wanted a cheesecake that melts in your mouth even more… and the result? An incredibly smooth, rich centre that practically melts away without a bite! 🫠🤤

プレーン、チョコレート、抹茶の3種類から選べます。

いつものBurnt Basque Cheesecakeのレシピ、同じ容量をLサイズからMサイズに変えて、高さがしっかりでました。シェフがもっと口溶けのいいチーズケーキが食べたいと、作ったのですが、これがまた中がトロットロで歯入らずな溶け具合です🫠

Calling all w**e lovers! 🍷❤️

Australian w**e is pretty amazing, isn’t it? 🤤
There’s something so lovely about getting out of the city, enjoying a glass of w**e in the countryside, and spending a relaxed day with friends and family.

The festival will feature a fantastic variety of food stalls, local produce and products, w**e & spirits, workshops, demonstrations and plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day. 🌿🍷✨

And because this is a festival all about food, w**e and spirits, we’re planning to bring some special dishes that pair beautifully with drinks, alongside some of our usual favourites!

And yes — desserts will be available too! 🍰❤️

We can’t wait to see you!

まだまだ変な天気が続くPerth。人生で数回しか見たことのない稲妻を、先日にこれでもかっていうほど見ることになるとは思いもしませんでした😂お出かけ中だったので、その数に雷が落ちたらどうしようと本気でビビるほどで、初めて稲妻を見た娘はビックリ仰天、目を白黒させて指をさし、最終的には私の膝の上に縮こまっていました。笑。
早く春らしい春が来てほしいものですね☘️

ワイン好き必見🍷オーストラリアのワインって美味しいですよねー🤤町を外れた田舎でのんびりとワイン飲みながら友人や家族と過ごせるイベントは最高ですよね！
会場を散策しながら、多彩な飲食ブースや地元の農産物・特産品を楽しみ、ワインやスピリッツを味わい、ワークショップや実演、各種体験イベントなど、一日を通して多彩なプログラムにご参加ができるそうです♪

ワインを楽しめるフェスティバルなので、いつものメニューにお酒に合うメニューも出す予定をしています😊この日はデザートも販売予定です！

出店申請当初は、11:00〜21:00の予定だったのですが、主催者側の意向で17:00までの変更となりました😭😡気合い入れてたのに残念です、、、が！この数時間を楽しみに是非遊びにきてください😊

A moist and rich chocolate sponge, layered with perfectly ripe bananas and our smooth hazelnut chocolate cream.

Chocolate and banana are a match made in heaven — and adding hazelnut chocolate cream takes this classic combination to another level. 😍🤩😋

For this cake, we carefully balance the flavours so you can still enjoy the rich taste of the banana, chocolate, and hazelnut in every bite.
The size of the banana pieces is also key — just the right balance to make every mouthful delicious. 🤫✨

And yes… we’ve upgraded this one from our original version!

🍫Banana chocolate sandwich🍌

しっとりとしたリッチなチョコレートのスポンジにいい感じに熟したバナナをチョコレートクリームで挟みました。
チョコレートクリームにはヘーゼルナッツチョコレートクリームを採用。
チョコレートとバナナの相性は抜群！そこにヘーゼルナッツも加わり、とまらない美味しさ。
13センチのハーフサイズ、26センチのフルサイズから選べます。

🍓苺、🍇葡萄と紹介しましたが、最後はバナナの登場🍌
日本の祭で屋台に並ぶチョコバナナ！このコラボは間違いないと言っていいほど。チョコレートとバナナコンビのお菓子も日本でよく見かけますよね。

大人気のいちごショートケーキで使用されています、La Saisonオリジナルスポンジケーキ🎂

お子様と一緒にケーキを作りたい！自分でオリジナルのデコレーションを楽しみたい！そんなお客様のご要望でスポンジケーキのみの販売をすることになりました🎂🙌

※普段のスポンジ生地より少しパサつきますが、グルテンフリーも対応可能です！

土台であるケーキから焼くのは大変だし、綺麗に生地が膨らまないこともあるし、固くなりがちなとても繊細なスポンジケーキ作り。
すでにうちのいちごショートケーキを食べて頂いているお客様はご存知かと思いますが、私達La Saisonのスポンジケーキはしっとり、ふわふわ、気泡も細かく密度はあるのに軽めの口当たりで、卵の味がしっかりしていて、まさに日本のスポンジケーキです😊

La Saisonのいちごショートケーキは3段のスポンジ生地に、二層のいちごデコレーションで、上の部分は切り取ってしまうので使用していません。
こちらフルホールでの販売になりますので、お客様のお好みの太さや段数にしてお使い下さい☺️

⚠️生地が乾燥や固くなることを避けるため、できる限りご注文したその日、または翌日までにお召し上がり下さいませ。

もちろん、そのまま食べても美味しいですが、使い方はケーキ意外にいろいろ。
細かく切ってパフェにしてもよし！
フルーツサンドにしてもよし！

チョコレートタルト生地にリッチな生チョコレートを流しました！タルトとチョコレートの間にはアクセントにラズベリージャムを。チョコレートの甘味と苦味、ラズベリーの酸味がベストマッチ👍タルトのザクザク食感と口の中で溶けてゆく生チョコレート。仕上げにふわっとココアパウダーをかけました！
ココアパウダーとラズベリーのダブルアクセントで飽きのこないチョコレートタルト。食べても食べても新しい発見のある、La Saisonの商品の中でも少し大人でリッチなお味です！

Unfortunately, tomorrow’s market on Sunday, 27 September has been cancelled due to the forecast of severe weather. 😭🌧️💨

We were really looking forward to our first market of the season, so we’re very disappointed that we won’t be able to see you all tomorrow. 😢

It looks like it’s not only going to be rainy, but also very windy, so please stay safe and take extra care if you’re heading out. 🌬️☔️

明日、9月27日日曜日のマーケットが悪天候の予想によりキャンセルされました😭
今シーズン初のマーケット出店で楽しみにしていたのでとても残念です😢
沢山ミールも用意したのですが、こればかりは仕方ないですが、皆さんに食べてもらえないなんとも言えない悲しみ💔
