Our very first Kaisendon sold out, and we were so happy to hear how much you enjoyed the premium WA Scampi 🦐💛

We hope everyone stayed safe during last weekend’s storm. The sunshine won’t last long, with more rain expected soon, so enjoy the beautiful weather while you can ☀️

先週末のストームはかなり勢力がありましたね😰木が倒れたり、停電したりと何かと影響がありましたが、みなさんは大丈夫でしたか？被害が少ないことをいるばかりです🙏
今年の冬のパースは酷い雨の日が少なくてホッとしています。この晴れ間も明後日からまた雨の日が続くので、束の間の晴れの日を楽しみましょう😊

We truly hope you and your loved ones enjoyed them.✨

And for those waiting for our winter market season… we actually don’t have any market events planned at the moment. We had been focusing on bento sales and taking our usual dessert orders, but after receiving several messages from customers saying they missed our beef bowls, we decided to bring back a few of our popular market menu items for a limited time starting this week.😊

From now on, whenever there are no market events scheduled, we’re planning to occasionally offer special limited-time market menu sales like this. So whether you’re one of our lovely regulars, someone who couldn’t make it to the markets, or someone who missed out previously — this is your chance to try them.✨

5月5日のこどもの日にもひな祭り同様に、何か販売できたらなぁと考えていたらいつの間にか終わってしまってました😢すみません💦
私自身や兄弟、娘も女なので、ひな祭りのお祝いはの食事は決まってちらし寿司なのですが、男の子がいらっしゃるご家庭はこどもの日には何を食べてお祝いされていますか？是非、来年の参考にさせて頂きたいです😄

Our popular Strawberry Shortcake recently inspired something new — a customer asked if we could create a Miffy-themed cake, and we were excited to make La Saison’s very first decorated character cake.🐰🎂

As we are now in the market off-season, we would love to offer more custom shortcake orders whenever possible.😊

Good morning.🌞 This is La Saison.👨‍🍳🇯🇵🇫🇷

We’re very sorry to share that we won’t be able to attend the markets tomorrow and this Saturday. Our chef unfortunately developed severe lower back pain (acute back strain) his back yesterday and is currently unable to move.😭

We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to seeing us.🙇‍♀️🙇‍♂️ We were really excited as well, so this is truly disappointing for us too.😢

At the moment, he needs complete rest to avoid making things worse, so we’ve decided to also take Saturday off. We will monitor his recovery over the next few days, but unfortunately, it’s likely that attending on Saturday will be difficult.😓 We truly wish we could make it, even just for Saturday.🥺

We will keep you updated as soon as the chef recovers.

楽しみにしてくださっていたお客様、申し訳ありません🙇‍♀️🙇‍♂️私達も楽しみにしていたので本当に残念でならないです😢

どーにもこーにも動けない状態なのと、これ以上悪化しない為にも大事を取って土曜日もお休みさせてもらう予定です。
この数日でどこまで復活できるかですが、おそらく土曜日の出店も難しいかと思います😓できれば土曜だけでも出店したい気持ちは山々なんですが🥺

先日の抹茶バスクチーズケーキの販売に続きまして、抹茶バスクチーズケーキのテリーヌバージョンの販売のお知らせです🍵

15cmのホールサイズの容量でお届け！
テリーヌ型で焼いてみたら、ホールとはまた違う美味しさが✨ホールケーキは外はこんがり円中に近づいていくと、まろやかなでクリーミーな食感と口溶けなのに対し、テリーヌ型は四方が焼かれているので香ばしさは増して、中はしっとり軽やかな口溶け。
これはおそらくホールかテリーヌ、好みが分かれるだろうなという感じです😃
