Haven’t done a stripe cake in a hot minute, clean lines look so good.
Found somewhere that will print any design onto an acrylic topper which worked well for the Silverado. Asked chat gpt to add some pink details to the truck and got it printed.
Added the fondant chev logo and a few fondant tyres to complete this one.

Daisy themed for a first birthday.
I used cookie stamps to make the flowers and the ‘one’ by two toning - a skill that can be frustrating when you start but oh so worth it when you get it right.
Basically - you press the coloured fondant into the cookie stamp and scrap away any excess - allowing you do use different colours for each part of the design rather than using one fondant colour for the lot.
You leave a very fine layer of fondant in the stamp making it very delicate work before finally stamping the design on to a thicker piece of fondant. Practice makes perfect and I’ve learnt a trick or two along the way to make it easier. Helps to have the right tools to help too.

This is a wedding cake trend that has caught on over the last couple of years. Simple but effective if the basics are perfected with smooth straight sides and plump fresh raspberries!
This one was red velvet which would match the raspberries colour, would have loved to have seen the cake sliced in to to see the red colour against the white icing ❤️
