Meet Chrissy 🤍🐑
Chrissy’s official name is Wynnlake Cressida and she is an F2 Valais Blacknose ewe with a very special F3 lamb growing in her belly!

She hasn’t been at No Eye Deer Farm for very long, but I honestly cannot thank Wynnlake Valais Blacknose Sheep enough for this beautiful girl. I was excited to welcome an F2 ewe in lamb, but now that I’ve got to know her, she has become one of my besties. 🥰

I sneak her treats, we take selfies together and she has well and truly won me over. She’s already such a special part of the farm and I can’t wait to meet her little lamb when it arrives.

Now Chrissy, please let that little F3 lamb in your belly be a girl! 🤞💕

It feels like only yesterday these little puppies arrived, they grow up far too quickly.
This weeks video brought vet checks, vaccinations, microchipping, puppy packs and preparations for one very special meet your puppy day. We also check on our new little F2 lamb and say goodbye to a couple that leave for their new homes.
It’s one of those weeks that reminds us just how quickly everything changes on the farm. ❤️

We definitely weren’t expecting this! 🐑❤️
One of our ewes was too early in her pregnancy for it to show up during scanning and then, completely by surprise, this beautiful little F2 Valais Blacknose lamb arrived.
In our latest episode, Rob also collects a huge delivery of goat feed, the puppies explore new textures and experiences and Evie and I make their areas bigger as they grow.
Just another unpredictable week at No Eye Deer Farm!

Well… these were definitely not the lambs we were expecting! 😳🐑 In our latest episode, we explain exactly how it happened.
We are also DNA testing our lambs, transforming the puppies’ area as they grow and welcoming our niece Lily to No Eye Deer Farm.
It’s another week of unexpected arrivals, growing puppies and real farm life in the Adelaide Hills.

So, I know you were all sitting there thinking… “Oh no, No Eye Deer Farm didn’t upload a YouTube video last week!”😂

Hahahaha. Just kidding. I’m fairly certain nobody noticed. 🤣

BUT WE MADE ONE ANYWAY! 🎥🐑

And this week we’re talking about something we spend a surprising amount of time looking at around here…

💩 POO.

More specifically, what’s actually hiding in our sheep’s poo and why we regularly send it off to be tested.

We collect some samples (yes, Walter contributed 😂), take you along for the process and show you why faecal egg counts are such an important part of how we manage our animals.

Because farm life isn’t all fluffy lambs and cute puppies. Sometimes it’s following sheep around waiting for them to poo. 🤦‍♀️😂

🎥 Our NEW YouTube video is OUT NOW!

👉 Watch “What’s In Their Poo?” on our No Eye Deer Farm YouTube channel.

If you enjoy real Australian farm life, homesteading, sheep, animals and two people who are still figuring things out as they go, come along for the ride. ❤️
