100% grass fed and finished, raised on the cool coastal pastures of Tasmania and Southern Victoria.

Beautifully tender with exceptional flavour.

These lamb backstraps are marinated in our housemade lemon, herb & garlic marinade 🌿🧄🍋

To cook: Hot pan or BBQ, around 3 minutes each side. Rest for 5, slice and serve pink.
