Want steakhouse-quality steaks at home?

1️⃣ Take your steak out 30 minutes before cooking.
2️⃣ Season generously with salt.
3️⃣ Cook over high heat.
4️⃣ Rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

The biggest mistake we see? Cutting straight into it!
