Caught off the East Coast of Tasmania as bycatch of the Shark fishery

Similar to Abalone, this ocean delight has a sweet full flavour and when prepared correctly is possibly nicer than Abalone!

Cleaned, sliced and fried in garlic butter with fresh parsley and lemon juice is VERY difficult to beat 🤤

Coming in at around 1kg each and $26.95/kg you’ll get one for $30
