Yesterday was incredible — thank you to everyone who stopped by.

Today we’re back with our Huon Taste Platter, packed with local produce and our award-winning relish.

Something sweet for 🍎 A Taste of the Huon

Our Huon Dessert Tasting Platter is ready for the weekend.

Cookie pie, chocolate brownie and house canelé served with saffron-poached Huon pears, apple pie filling, cider caramel, Tasmanian honey yoghurt, berry compote and apple pie crunch, finished with honeycomb and chocolate drizzle.

A dessert made for sharing while enjoying the festival.

$30 per platter
