Ever feel low… on tea? ☕

I have a confession: I've get HYPOTEACAEMIA — the serious condition of dangerously low blood tea levels.

Symptoms include restlessness, irritability, foggy brain, poor decision-making, and in severe cases, word amnesia. Severity? Measured by the dire need for a nap.

It can strike anyone, any age, any time of day.
I recently had a hypo-T on a rainy Sunday morning, when all I wanted was a lie-in but my body NEEDED TEA!

The remedy is simple: boil the kettle and brew yourself back to health with some Art of Tea. 🍵

Sound familiar? Tell us below 👇 when does it hit you hardest?

Do you suffer from this serious condition of low blood tea levels?
You may be familiar with this condition, and even though symptoms vary from person to person, they commonly start with restlessness and irritability, tip into foggy brain, poor decision-making, and inattentiveness, and in more severe cases, progress to dry mouth, slow speech, and the dreaded word amnesia. Severity is measured by the dire need for a nap!

Having coined this phrase with my family, I'd like to state that hypoteacaemia symptoms may sound a lot like those of perimenopause (I speak from experience!), but this condition can strike all genders, all ages, at any time of day. Consider yourself warned.

The good news? There's a remedy.

Boil the kettle and get brewing some Art of Tea — pronto!
