☕ Weekend Barista Wanted — Radminas Goldes Pastries
Location: 55 Southwestern Highway, Kirup WA 6251
Shifts: Saturday & Sunday · 8:00am – 3:00pm
Start: Immediate
Pay: Negotiable (award rates + weekend penalties apply)
About Us
Radminas Goldes Pastries is a beloved local bakery-café in the heart of Kirup, known for our handcrafted pastries, great coffee, and warm country hospitality. We're a small, tight-knit team looking for an extra pair of hands to keep the weekend rush running smoothly.
The Role
We need a reliable weekend barista to join us Saturday and Sunday mornings. You'll be:
Pulling espresso shots & steaming milk to a high standard
Serving customers with a smile and taking orders
Prepping simple food items (toasties, pastries, cabinet display)
Keeping the coffee station clean, stocked, and organised
Closing down the machine and café at 3pm
You Might Be a Great Fit If…
You love coffee and take pride in making a damn good flat white
You're an early bird (8am starts) and don't mind weekends
You're friendly, fast on your feet, and calm when it gets busy
You're keen to learn — experience is a bonus, not a requirement (We'll teach you the rest if you've got the right attitude)
You live locally or can reliably get to Kirup by 7:45am
