Calling all Australian content creators 👀🎥

Got an adventure you’ve been wanting to create?

This August, Brewers Orchard is looking for Australian creators to pitch their ultimate end-of-winter adventure — and we’ll help bring our favourites to life.

Think weekend road trip. Mountain escape. Backcountry mission. Camping trip. A day chasing snow. Or something we haven’t even thought of yet.

The idea is simple: you pitch the adventure. We pick our favourites. You create the reel.

If selected, you’ll receive:
💰 A budget to bring your idea to life
🍎 Brewers Orchard cider for the shoot

We’re looking for great ideas, not polished pitches. Show us where you’d take Brewers Orchard and what you’d create along the way.

Applications close Sunday, August 23 at 11:59pm.

We’ll be reviewing applications as they come in, so get yours in ASAP.

Winter Solstice.

Update just in from Antarctica. This is what solstice looks like down there — the team cut a hole in the sea ice and got in. Wind chill: −29.3°C. Surfboard: present. Red and yellow flags: present. Warming hut: present.

In South Gippsland, we kept it slightly more sensible. Tonight we celebrated in town — a night of shopping, eating, and drinking.

From Casey Station to Gippsland — happy solstice. The rising sun is on its way.

If you’re feeling braver than us, head down to Lakes Entrance tomorrow morning and join Sallie Jones from GIPPSLAND JERSEY for the Winter Solstice Sunrise Swim — part of the East Gippsland Winter Festival . It’s free, it’s cold, and apparently it’s very good for you. 🧊

Here’s to you Korumburra Bena Football Netball Club

Today we’re supporting the KBFNC Ladies Day at Korumburra Showgrounds — an afternoon raising funds for Beyond Blue — and officially launching our Community Can program.

Granny is our community can. Every can sold puts money back into the community — rotating through local clubs, schools, community groups, individuals and organisations doing good things in our region.

We want to donate to 12 organisations this year. That means we need your help finding them.
