Toy Story 5 delivers a high quality addition to a consistently great franchise.

This is Jesse's story. A story showcasing strong, female leadership. Heartbreaking, Heart-warming and just overall full of heart.

As a parent, the toys vs tech story is extremely relatable, highlighting issues we deal with daily with our kids. Hopefully, my kids saw something relatable too and took on the lesson🤞.

There's also plenty of 💩 jokes. Lol

I really enjoyed it. Go and see it.

Masterful, suspensful, beautiful. 👽

I thoroughly enjoyed Spielberg's . Emily Blunt and Colin Firth are fantastic. John Williams score is complementary epic. Cinematography gets your right into the action.

I really loved the tone they were going for. I half expected to see Scully and Mulder in the background investigating the happenings.

Spielberg is still the GOAT. I cannot wait to watch it again.

The Vampire Lestat episode 1 is as hypnotising and captivating as Lestat himself thinks (knows) he is.

I cannot wait to watch the remainder of this season!!

Anne Rice's Immortal Universe

Some celebrity deaths hit harder than others. Anthony Head is one of those.

Buffy was pivotal to my childhood and shaping who I am. I spent a lot of time with these characters, and Anthony Head brought that presence, the wisdom, the humour and the tourment to Rupert Giles.

It was always great knowing him from Buffy and then watching him in other shows and movies, probably most notably in Ted Lasso, but if you have not seen Repo! A Genetic Opera you are missing out. He is awesome as he repocesses designer organs people cannot afford in song.

And let's now forget he is also an accomplished musician. He got to show that off in the Buffy musical, and I spent a significant amount of time listening to his album Music for Elevators.

Rest in peace, Tony. The earth is definitely doomed.

Masters of the Universe is the most fun I've had at the movies in a long time!

I was a little too young to watch He-Man back in the 80s, but this movie really bodies the Saturday morning cartoon feels. It's action packed, funny, heart-felt and leans into the ridiculousness of the IP.

Grab some friends, grab some popcorn 🍿, don't expect Shakespeare and you'll have the best time.

Director Travis Knight made a pretty great time at the movies. Good journey, Travis.

P.s. Stay until the very end of the credits for a post-credit scene.

The opening of Mando and Grogu makes you feel great seeing Star Wars back on the big screen. After that the grand cinematic stops and it just feels like a couple of episodes stuck together.

Don't get me wrong, its fun, Mando has some epic fight scenes, Grogu eats everything in sight, and Stinky has a better glow up than Neville Longbottom. But it lacked tension, it lacked any stakes. Nothing felt like it was going to have consequences. The story felt very stop-start, just like it was a few episodes pushed together.

At least its a step up from season 3 (that's not a high bar though) and you don't need to remember what happened in the series. It's pretty easy to pick up as a standalone movie.

Overall, its not a waste of time and I'll probably watch it again when it comes onto Disney+ .
