Good Friday or Chardonnay Friday? Why not both!

We had a parcel of our favourite Chardonnay in from Kenton Valley today - this is clone 95 (for the wine nerds - it’s our favourite Chardonnay clone 🥰) and wow it’s looking good!

Vintage has been ticking along over the last few weeks and we now have an almost full little winery. There is still a bit of come in over the next few weeks but we are welcoming the Easter weekend to do some much needed organising and maybe even a little bit of resting before things get busy again 🍇

Vintage officially kicked off at XO this week, with 2 parcels of Grenache for Rosè ❤️

Next week is going to be when it starts to get serious, which means we’ll be spending the weekend dropping bins to all our favourite vineyards, ready to be filled with grapes 🍇

Fiano 💛💛💛

This wine was voted as the top Fiano in Australia earlier this year and we can absolutely see why. It’s one of our favourite wines to make and we just love seeing it come to life with so much texture whilst remaining fresh and crisp. It pairs well with pasta, seafood or simply by itself - always a crowd pleaser!

Who is ready for Rosé? We’ve got you covered!

Our 2025 Rosé is fresh, fruit driven and way too easy to drink. Made predominantly from Grenache, we’ve blended a little of our favourite Italian variety, Barbera in as well, to give it a bit more raspberry character and drive. It’s perfect for a night on the couch, paired with a cheese platter or shared with friends ❤️

We are so chuffed to see our 2024 Fiano listed in ’s Top 100 Wines for 2025 🙌

This wine was voted as Australia’s top Fiano earlier this year, and we are pretty biased, but we think it’s pretty delicious ourselves ❤️

Pinot Gris is such a crowd favourite for us ❤️

Bright, aromatic and oh-so easy to love.

We like to pick a little earlier to keep things fresh and zippy, with juicy pear and subtle spice.

We love making Fiano!

This variety is all about texture and flavour: crisp citrus, subtle florals, and that beautiful mineral finish.

We work with small growers who genuinely care about growing the best fruit possible, so when it arrives at the winery, our job is to do it justice. Every bottle has a story 💛

We love making Pinot for the Pinot lovers... and the Pinot-curious.

Our small-batch Pinot Noir comes from a couple of tiny vineyards in Kuitpo. It's all about purity, texture and that little bit of wildness we can’t help chasing.

It's perfect for enjoy on a lazy Sunday afternoon, with friends and delicious food.
