10 weeks ago, we welcomed our newest addition, baby Zoe, to the XO family ❤️

Life has been pretty hectic since, but we managed to get out to Gamay Fest last weekend, to show off our new vintage of Aptitude W**e Gamay ❤️ it was a beautiful day at the stunning Golding W**es and we loved introducing Zoe to everyone!

We haven’t told her yet, but we are counting down the days until she’s big enough to help us pick fruit, plunge the ferments and do the lab work! 🙈🍷

We are so excited to launch our new w**e club - The XO Society!

For the longest time, we have been asked when we are going to put together a w**e club. We finally decided that now was the right time!

The XO Society is simple - four deliveries a year, 6 bottles or 12, plus first access to all of our super specials (if you've taken advantage of our Black Friday sales, you know what I mean!). You let us know your preferences and we'll look after the rest! Love reds but not whites, no problem! Love a variety of everything but not into Chardonnay, we will be disappointed because Chardonnay is amazing, but we will still accommodate 😂 We can also pop a bottle or two of Aptitude (.w**e) in, if that's something you want to try!

How good is Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir? 😍

Pinot is one of our favourite varieties. It’s a challenge in the vineyard, but when you find the right site, choose the right clone and align it all in the w**ery, the end result is something else 😍🍷

We work with 3 different vineyards in the local Kuitpo area, 4 different clones and use plenty of different techniques in the w**ery. Our aim is to make something that is complex and interesting, while still remaining light, elegant and super drinkable.

Who else is a Pinot lover? 🙋‍♀️🙋🍷

The weekend is almost here and we are dreaming about a glass of XO paired with a delicious platter 😍

Who else is missing the sunny days, with a glass of your favourite white variety in your hands? We certainly are!

Spring is getting closer and with that, will come the release of our 2026 whites! We had a bit of fun in the w**ery this year - and we have new vintages of all of our favourites, including Pinot Gris, Riesling, Fiano and Rose (pink counts as white, right?!) 😍 Our 2026 Chardonnay will be resting in oak for a little bit longer - expect to see a release in late 2027, but we will have selection of our new vintage lighter reds later in the year.

Sunny winter days call for delicious w**es 😍

Fiano is one of our favourite white varieties - it’s crisp and fruit driven but textured and interesting. Perfect for a sneaky winter cheese platter in the sun ☀️ ❤️

Good Friday or Chardonnay Friday? Why not both!

We had a parcel of our favourite Chardonnay in from Kenton Valley today - this is clone 95 (for the w**e nerds - it’s our favourite Chardonnay clone 🥰) and wow it’s looking good!

Vintage has been ticking along over the last few weeks and we now have an almost full little w**ery. There is still a bit of come in over the next few weeks but we are welcoming the Easter weekend to do some much needed organising and maybe even a little bit of resting before things get busy again 🍇

Vintage officially kicked off at XO this week, with 2 parcels of Grenache for Rosè ❤️

Next week is going to be when it starts to get serious, which means we’ll be spending the weekend dropping bins to all our favourite vineyards, ready to be filled with grapes 🍇
