Domingos de Paella | Paella Sundays
In Spain, it is tradition to eat Paella on Sundays.
A celebrated affair where family and friends come together for a long leisurely lunch featuring arguably Spain’s most famous dish.
But there is not just one way to do Paella.. across Spain there are many different variations and we are trying to discover them all!
So each Sunday we will cook up a different version, celebrate the origins and debate over our favourites.
Join us this Sunday with Paella de Senyoret - originating from Valencia, its name translates to “gentleman’s” or “lord’s” style as all the seafood is peeled, shelled, and cleaned. This allows diners to enjoy the dish neatly without peeling or handling messy shells.
Frank is up this Sunday too, and no doubt will happy to hear your thoughts on this Sunday’s version of Paella.
Bookings are essential if you want to partake, book via the website or give us a call on 5422 1079.
