We have never stocked flank steak before🥩 So what is it and how should you cook it?
Flank Steak is a lean and boneless piece of beef. It has a stronger beefy flavour than some others cuts and is located just below the loin.
Because it is so lean it can be tough if not cooked correctly. But don’t be scared🫣 It’s a beautiful cut and not hard to master the right way to cook it
🧑🍳Cooking tips:
🍽We recommend grilling or searing a flank steak for the best flavour.
🔥Ensure your flank steak is going onto a hot pan or grill
⌛Sear for only 2 to 3 minutes on each side
💤Make sure to rest your meat for 5-10 minutes and cut against the grain!
