Darren is eager to connect with you all; here is a personal message from him regarding his vision for our shared future.
"I’m pleased to introduce myself as the new Chief Executive Officer of Kyneton Biscuit Group.
I’ve spent my career leading and transforming businesses across food, agriculture, and manufacturing—often stepping into complex environments and working with teams to bring clarity, discipline, and momentum back into the business. What attracted me to Kyneton Biscuiit Group is the strength of the foundation, the capability of the people, and the clear opportunity ahead of us.
My approach is straightforward, simplify the business, align on what matters, build strong teams, and execute with pace. I’m a hands-on leader, and I believe high performance comes from creating an environment where people understand what winning looks like and have the support and accountability to deliver it.
Over the coming weeks, my focus will be on listening and learning—spending time across the business to understand what’s working well, where we can improve, and how we unlock our next phase of growth together.
We have a real opportunity to build something special—by focusing on the right priorities, backing our people, and consistently raising the bar. I see significant opportunity to further strengthen our offer and grow alongside our customers and partners. Our focus will remain clear—delivering great products, being easy to do business with, and continuing to evolve our capabilities to meet your needs.
