𝟯 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁. Great judges talk about pleasing angles - the smooth, laid-in shoulder, the correct hocks and pasterns, the sense that an animal is built to last.
A daughter of the legendary Spots n Sprouts Stands Alone. Top 2% of the breed for Eye Muscle Area. Top 1% for Retail Beef Yield. 𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝟭𝟯 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗤𝟮𝟱𝟯 has all of it. Packed with muscle. Wearing it with femininity.

One female in the entire Speckle Park breed - worldwide - sits in the top 2% for both Eye Muscle Area and Intramuscular Fat. Te Mooi Jani S42 is her.
A Leander daughter from the Unique family, with contributions from SPKNZ Falcon, Six Star Rare Commodity, Spots n Sprouts Stands Alone, and Prairie Hill Reba. That pedigree does not happen by accident.
She is in the Te Mooi Leading Ladies Sale - and bidding closes today at 5pm AEST.

It places them in the 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮. That is not a breeding claim. That is carcase data. From real cattle.
𝗧𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗶 𝗚𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝟯𝟯 is a Pageant daughter. She is the exact article Te Mooi is trying to produce. Moderate, early maturing, structurally correct, easy finishing and very maternal.
She's Lot 20 in the Leading Ladies Sale.

A chef we work with - one of the first to put Speckle Park Certified beef on his menu in Melbourne - called Paul recently. Other suppliers had found their way into his kitchen. Beef marketed as Speckle Park. His feedback was direct: the quality was not there. His chefs noticed immediately.
This is unfortunately not an isolated story. It is the reason Speckle Park Certified exists.
When a breed starts gaining recognition, the shortcuts follow. Quarter-bred animals. Unverified sires. Genetics that compromise eating quality and then get sold under the Speckle Park name.
The chef and his team paid the price for someone else's shortcuts.
Speckle Park Certified was built to make that impossible.
The females in the Leading Ladies Sale are bred to that standard without exception. When you buy one of these females, you are not just buying genetics. You are buying into a supply chain that award-winning chefs can trust.

Only two days until bidding opens (Friday 24 April at 5pm AEST).

The reason we are holding the Leading Ladies Sale is simple. We are reducing the Te Mooi herd to free up resources for Speckle Park Certified. The females available are from the core of our herd. They are not surplus. They are genuinely worthy of your consideration.
Speckle Park beef is different. Demonstrably, meaningfully different. It is turning heads in premium food service - and the market is starting to reflect that.
These females are bred to that standard. Every one of them.
