From exploring the winery to tasting a range of exceptional wines, the experience was nothing short of memorable. A special thank you to winemaker Bryan Currie for guiding us through the wines and sharing his invaluable insights into the winemaking philosophy behind the label.

Welcome ! A fresh addition to the Twelvebottles portfolio for Victoria and Queensland.

The collaborative vision of Matthew Di Sciascio and Andrew Santarossa. United by a close friendship and a shared philosophy, the pair have been crafting wines together in Victoria’s King Valley since 2013.

Their partnership is driven by a passion for producing high-quality wines with a strong emphasis on Italian varietals - an approach perfectly suited to the King Valley’s cool climate, elevated sites, and diverse, free-draining soils. Combined with the region’s deep-rooted Italian winemaking heritage, these conditions make it a natural home for grape varieties long favoured in northern Italy. Vibrant whites such as Glera, Pinot Grigio and Moscato thrive here, alongside expressive reds including Sangiovese and Pinot.

Approachable. Handcrafted. Award-winning. Santa & D’Sas brings Italian heritage together with a distinctly Australian sensibility.
