Springhill Park Miniature Galloways

We are a Miniature Galloway Stud located in Lancefield, Victoria. Springhill Park Galloways have a mixed colour herd of registered and commercial cows.

We farm using regenerative methods and chose Galloway cattle due to their non selective grazing habits and manageable size. Our cows run in rotating pastures year round. We purchased our first 6 cows in 2017 and have grown from there! The aim is to breed quiet, healthy, chunky cattle that suit both pets and beef. ants an easy keeping, manageable sized cow. They are not all just about their cute looks! We sometimes have stock for sale and are always happy to answer questions.

Meet Uri.

Uri is an adventurous soul who likes to test out the integrity of the fences and is quick to educate us on any weaknesses she finds.

We are looking forward to meeting her first calf later this year! We’re taking bets on what colour it will be!

If you’re visiting the paddock, chances are Victoria will be quick to wander over and introduce herself. Friendly, curious and always up for a chat, she loves meeting new people and seeing what’s going on.
Victoria has also earned quite the reputation as one of our most impressive mums. Over the past three years she’s produced some truly stunning calves! From an almost pure white beauty last year to a gorgeous calf with striking red points the year before. With a track record like that, we’re counting down the days until we meet her newest little one later this year!

Don’t let the sweet face fool you—Truffle is the self-appointed supervisor of the herd! With her stunning black coat dusted with rich red highlights, she’s impossible to miss... and she’d probably prefer it that way.
Full of energy and always ready for an adventure, Truffle loves racing around the paddock, playing with her mates, and making sure everyone knows the rules. If someone’s out of line, she’ll be the first to politely (or not so politely!) remind them who’s in charge - even when she’s clearly not the boss!
