I went back to her sisters - even used her mixing bowl and rolling pin to massage these cabbage and squeeze them into jars to add to the Sauerkraut stash

Started the weekend with the intention of making more sauerkraut and ended dehydrating leftover bokchoy and mushrooms…..

Back on June 23, I posted about our Broccoli & Beets with some in their little cones - these would have to be one of my best Temu buys yet. Today I took them off the beets and they have loved their little winter cocoon.

Is it cheaper to make yoghurt at home? Yes.
On average, 100g of yoghurt is around 90c - this tub is 1.2kg so would have cost $10.80.
It cost me about $3.60

I added 2lt of long life milk from Costco
About couple of tbs of yoghurt from previous batch to add live cultures
And 2tbs of milk powder to help thicken it

Put in One Pot for 8 hours (10 for a more Greek yoghurt), Fridge to drain overnight and into tub this morning

Easiest thing ever to make ❤️

Homemade gut granola & Greek yoghurt for breakfast - missing my fruit this morning but will slowly reintroduce as days go by.
Pretty happy with my first granola attempt. Obviously more expensive but at least we know what’s in it.
