Ashcats' Dining Car A post-apocalyptic dining car, with a homesteading swing. Rebecca Dahl (aka Mrs Ashcat) suggested giving the pizza oven a theme.

After a weekend making pizza during Burning Seed 2013, Darren Wilkinson (aka Colonel Ashcat) was inspired to bring his own pizzas to gift at the 2014 Burn. An advertisement for an rusty chunk of Ford Prefect sealed it - the Ashcats Dining Car concept was born. The pizza oven was created using found, upcycled and gifted objects as much as possible - which also drove the design along the way. Percy'

s still a work in progress, but we're so excited to have been able to fulfil the original purpose :) There's much more to come soon...

We are currently working out licensing to be able to cater small events and festivals. Our pizzas are crispy, delicious, Italian style creations - we make our own dough, napoli sauce, and (soon to be) mozzarella.
