It's Devonport Farmers Market day! Lots of wonderful things to see and buy and a lovely outing on a soggy day.
Unfortunately Wood Duck is a bit poorly still, but she is getting stronger every day and cannot wait to see you all again ASAP. If you are running low on some of your favourites I do appologise - perhaps you could nip into Squibb's Orchard Shop or Shearwater Deli and Meats on your way home from the market and pick up something - they have a some of the range. I PROMISE I will be back on deck soon and you will be able to restock with delicious blends and sprinkles, hot chocolate and cordials and it will be like this never happened.

Devonport Farmers Market is GO!
And we’ve got pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins!
Grab some Wood Duck Spice Moroccan, Gulyas, or one of the curries and make some delicious Autumn soup!
If you want to be super fancy - cook it in the pumpkin!
We’ve also got hot chocolate mix, beautiful organic cordial syrups (Mum would live a drop of that in her G&T) everyone’s favourite Chip Sprinkles and of course ‘Just as Easy Sauce’ to get those end of season tomatoes into the relish and sauce you love!

As the photo tax - here is the pumpkin & rocket pasta we had at Wood Duck HQ last night. Pumpkin and onion were tossed in Cajun spice and a splash of olive oil and roasted before topping the fresh pasta.

So pleased to be able to help.

"After a few years without Ezy Sauce I’ve struggled with getting my relish right. Today we made relish and used your (just as) Easy Sauce spice mix. Wanted to let you know that I think it’s far superior to the Ezy Sauce blend. Just brilliant - I knew from the moment I mixed it with the vinegar that it was a winner. Thought you may appreciate the feedback - which I’ll be passing on to all who will listen!

How is the tomato situation at your place? Mine are making up for their very late start and waiting for the fat lady to sing… as yet, no sign (or sound of) that!
I’ve got the dehydrator packed (Bloody Nora of the future) all saucepans bubbling and every inch of bench space is tomato covered!

And it’s GO for Devonport Farmers Market!
Weather is playing hide and seek but pop on a wooly hat and big grin and come along.
Heaps of gorgeous fresh produce - delicious hot food and coffee , sourdough, Portuguese tarts, honey, Whiskey galore and Wood Duck has some warming essentials - Curry blends, Gulash blends, hot chocolate, mulling spices and more!

It is Devonport Farmers Market day tomorrow (11/4)! Hooray!
Just a heads up - there will be quite a gap between this market and the next one (due to ANZAC Day).
SO - if you were thinking about some Hot Chip Sprinkles (and lets face it there is part of every day you think about Hot Chip Sprinkles) lovely hot chocolate blends, freshly ground spice blends, cordial syrups or 'Just as Easy Sauce', relish and pickling blends, then it might pay to get down to the old show grounds between 8.30 and 12.30 and stock up!
