🌼 Spring at Sunset Bluff. It’s good to feel the weather turning. We got a bunch of heavy frosts in early August so everything browned off very quickly. Winter for us is usually dry, the good news is this year we managed to pick up 2 inch’s of rain every few weeks, so our pasture did better than expected. We’ve put 4 years into regeneration and it’s paying off slowly.

We still need to work on our soil pH. More on that next month once we have a good rain outlook.

The last harvest of Grass Fed Beef is exceptional and a good example of the lean Beef we want for its health benefits.

Grass Fed Beef is typically a darker ruby red with more meat and less fat. It’s got a greater range of essential nutrients from our diverse pasture. Most importantly it’s lower in bad fat and that’s better for you and your family!
