We're incredibly proud to see our Tasmanian-grown Lion's Mane mushrooms featured on the menu at the amazing Tres Restaurant in Launceston. 🍄❤️

A huge thank you to the team at Tres for showcasing local produce and creating such an incredible dish. It's fantastic to see our mushrooms transformed into something so special alongside other beautiful local ingredients.

If you've been curious about Lion's Mane, this is the perfect excuse to give it a try. Whether you're a mushroom lover, a vegetarian, or just someone who appreciates amazing food, this dish is well worth the visit.

Picked up one of these grow kits from Mushroom Culture last Devonport Farmers Market, 2 weeks later they are growing great, not much work either, just give a little mist each day🍄
