Landfall Farm Fresh was a dream of their grandfather’s and has become one of
Launceston’s finest butchers. Healthy stock and sustainable farming practices have

built the foundations for a butcher shop that provides consistent, quality produce. Their animals are hand-picked from their very own farm in the Tamar Valley each week, and their gluten and preservative free smallgoods are all made by hand. The traditional approach to butchering, the whole animal processing, and the
