A moment in time with premium wine! Visiting Hinton Bay Vineyard is always special as our small groups simply love their time with David and Liz and their superb Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Handcrafted wine from superior vine clones carefully selected by Tony Bissett, the founder of Hinton Bay Vineyard (est. 1989). Since 2024, David and Liz became the new owners, and have continued the tradition of making the finest estate grown wines, preserving the provenance and purpose of the property, that is Hinton Bay Vineyard! As we head into a busy stretch (because there’s truly no rest for the wicked in vineyard life), we’ve already received the best Christmas present we could ask for. Among the pruning, planning, and plenty of muddy boots, next year’s vintage is officially waking up — the first buds are starting to appear 🌱🍇

It’s an exciting reminder that while the work never really stops, the magic is already underway. Here’s to another season of early mornings, careful nurturing, and watching the vineyard do what it does best.

✨🍷 December is here, and we’re ready for it! 🍷✨

We’ve been busy giving the vineyard its festive makeover and getting everything set for the holiday rush. The decorations are up, the wine is tasting great, and the team may or may not be “quality-checking” a few extra bottles. 😉

It’s a great time to visit, unwind, and enjoy the season with a good pour or have a bottle delivered just in time for Christmas lunch!

Happy days! After a day of tasting premium Tamar Valley wine, our group reached a high point at Hinton Bay Vineyard, with superb Pinot Noir and Chardonnay!

Relaxing around the tasting table at Hinton Bay! Our group received a warm welcome and premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from David and Liz, at their home and vineyard cellar door. Hinton Bay Vineyard is a unique and beautiful location for our guests to enjoy with us on our Discovery wine tour of the Tamar Valley. Everyone is invited!
