Yesterday I showcased the amazing scotch fillet we cut out for our display, but i think today's porterhouse might take the cake. Just have a look at the quality of these. The photo really doesn't do it justice, this was so soft to slice i could nearly do it with a butter knife!

If you've been in the shop this week you might have noticed young Harry. Harry is a student from Xavier high who has been helping us this week and doing some work experience.
