We craft premium Clare Valley wines from exceptional vineyard fruit, but when it comes to enjoying them, we keep things fun & don't take ourselves too seriously! Claymore Wines, situated in the beautiful Clare Valley in South Australia, began making wine in 1997 with small volumes of Grenache and Riesling, and has now grown into a significant boutique brand producing a highly awarded range of over

15 different wines. Our labelling is inspired by some of the great music of modern time - from rock, punk and folk. Our wines are about bringing together great passions to create the ultimate experience. We pride ourselves on meticulous winemaking using only the best fruit, but when it comes to enjoying a glass we don't take ourselves too seriously! So turn up the volume on the playlist of your choice, crack a bottle with friends, and relax. The Claymore Wines team share a passion for the fun side of wine and enjoy guiding visitors to our Cellar Door through the Claymore Wines' experience - open Monday to Saturday from 11am–5pm and 11am-4pm on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Our fan favourite 'Dark Side of the Moon' Shiraz opens with lifted aromatics and savoury herbaceous notes before unfolding into layers of dark plum and raspberry liquorice. Elegant and finely structured, it finishes with grippy tannins that leave you wanting another encore.

Melbourne - We are coming next week and we are bringing a boot load of wine!

Thursday 28th May - We are taking over the Orrong Hotel for our first WINE & A BITE night in Victoria. Book your tickets for an intimate, relaxed evening of great wines, sparkling company and wine chats, delicious light bites from the Hotel kitchen and have Jon & Carissa guide you through a tasting of the Claymore 'playlist' of wines. Merci to everyone who joined us over the Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend! 🇫🇷🍷

From fabulous wines and French-inspired feasts to plenty of laughter, dancing and “ooh là là” moments, it truly was a très magnifique weekend.
