A recent visit from a group of school boys from Echuca and Bendigo through Boys to the Bush 🌱🐄

We’ve had the Boys to the Bush crew out on farm a few times now with different groups, and it’s always great to have them here.

Boys to the Bush is an Australian not-for-profit charity providing early intervention and preventative programs for at-risk, vulnerable and disengaged young males aged 8 to 25. It’s a chance for the boys to have a look around the farm, see what happens day to day and hopefully learn a few things along the way about farming and where their food comes from.

They do such important work, mentoring young people, giving them some solid direction and getting them out of their usual environment and trying different things.

Thanks so much for coming out and spending the day with us. Great to have you guys here, come back anytime! Boys To The Bush

Another corn harvest in the pits! After a challenging hot summer and very large late rain we still have some quality feed store away.
