We will be getting a few new chooks in the coming weeks, so hopefully enough for the boys to sell eggs again. In the meantime grandma Tina Johnston has been teaching the boys to make . Mori heats up a bag in the microwave to warm up the bed every night; Kepler puts a bag in the freezer before bed to keep him cool. They bags are durable and better than a hot water bottle in bed because there is no risk of leaking.

Get your wheat bags today at the Lenah Valley Community Association day at John Turnbull Park. The boys will have a table starting at 10am. Come early to make sure you can get a bag.

Mori is excited for the rock and gem show today and wants a few dollars. We have about 7 dozen eggs to sell. Stop by today (17 March 2024) between 10am and 1030am this morning to buy some backyard eggs for $6.

We will be selling eggs at 1130am today, Saturday 19 September in front of the house at 25 Brushy Creek Rd.
To increase the sustainability of our backyard eggs setup, we started sewing the chook feed bags into super durable shopping bags! We should have a few available today. $5 for big rooster bags. $4 for the orange hen bags.
