I'm just one lady, in a kitchen, making bagels and sharing them with those who enjoy and appreciate the delicacy. These my friends, are PROPER bagels. It's important to me to make high-quality bagels for you that taste delicious. The preparation t

ime for these bagels is about 48 hours before they go into the oven. With that, all I ask is for your patience and flexibility with pick-up times. A few days notice will give me enough time to make sure your bagels are top-quality!
