By the time a dish ends up here, on the pass, it has already been imagined, tested, tasted and adjusted more times than anyone will ever know.

Not simply because the food should be exceptional, but because someone is coming to sit at our table and trust us with their night.

When it finally reaches you, all that work should disappear. What remains should feel effortless, generous and deeply considered.

Less like being served, and more like being cared for.

That is our version of hospitality, and it sits at the heart of Here With You,

Our new season is now open for bookings. Reserve your table via the link in our bio ✨

Perhaps belonging isn’t a place you find.

Perhaps it’s what blooms between us when we slow down long enough to truly be here.

HERE WITH YOU, our new season at baraka, is an invitation to gather around the table, pass plates, pour w**e and stay a little longer with the people who matter.

Come for each other. We’ll take care of the rest.

Bookings are now open. Reserve your table via the link in our bio.

It's not often we get the chance to step back and marvel at what we've created.

There was a time not so long ago when we were certain we'd never feel the joy of a full dining room again. When we thought we might hang up the aprons before we were truly done.

And yet, here we are.

To those of you who have joined us this season, thank you.

We know there is so much happening in the world right now. So many demands on your time, your energy and your hard-earned dollars. The fact that you choose to spend them with us, sharing the flavours of the Middle East around our table, means more than we could ever adequately express.

Your support is more than a lifeline. It is our inspiration. It is the reason we continue to create, continue to evolve and continue to fight for something we deeply believe in, despite the reality that hospitality can be a really bloody hard business.

And on a more personal note, your support has helped create the beautiful little life we're building with Zeya. For that, we will be forever grateful.

It is such a gift to do this work and an even greater gift to do it alongside people like you.

Thank you for being here.

All our love,

Kat + Chef Ric x

Trust us. It's more fun when you don't know what's coming.

Blindfold on.

A deep breath in.

A dish placed before you.

Just you, your senses and the opportunity to let the boundaries of your reality dissolve, if only for a moment.

Welcome to the chrysalis 🦋

On the menu tonight form 5pm.
