🤣 Personally, I think the most entertaining part of beekeeping is laughing at the suits - feel free to add to my entertainment with your bee keeping selfie 🤳

We’ve been closed for just over a week - but really, nothing stops here in Lenswood 🤷‍♀️🤣

Our Charlie is all dressed up in her bee suit checking on the bees. Her report was: ‘yep, they’re good.. they were buzzing around’ 🤣

This hive is purely for a hobby - we’re actually really lucky - we’ve never had to bring in managed hives during spring for pollination as we have so much native scrub around - fingers crossed it stays this way! 🤞

🥹 And just like that season 5 is done! Completed with a bit of staff footy in the orchard after closing to celebrate! 🙌🏻🥳

Apple picking for 2026 is now finished and we will be closed until Feb 2027.

However, if you like picking cherries - you can come to our Birdwood orchard in December 🍒 we’ll be there!

If you’re a teacher - don’t worry! We run excursions year round - flick us an email to book.

Thank you to our staff for this season - it was our first year this year having all employees 🥹❤️

Good morning! Today (Sunday 7th June) is our last day open for apple picking for season 2026!

We’ve got TONNES of apples to still pick off the trees!

We’ve also got TONNES of hot apple crumble too in the Cafe!

Make a day of it today or you’ll be waiting until we open in Feb 2027!

Here it is.. the final days to pick your own apples for 2026!

There's plenty of apples to pick off the trees still!

Visit our orchard and experience apple picking in the Adelaide Hills with atomsphere. Onsite Cafe, kids activies, giant sandpit, educational tours and tractors to play on. Pick Your Own fruit with a BIG difference. We're for families wanting to enjoy a 'different' day out in the Adelaide Hills.

Sunday’s weather is looking to be a beautiful nearly-winter’s-day!

We of course will be open 9am-4pm

Head to the , pick some apples and grab a steaming hot apple crumble whilst you’re at it at our farm cafe! 🍎🥧

With the season nearing the end - we’re open until we’re not! So it’s now or next year!

It’s that time of the season - Gumboot weather! 🥰🌦️

You’ll be happy to know that all our picking for the rest of the season is on our FLAT GROUND - as in picture 2! So if you’re not into leg day - it’s your time!

And just to note the apples are extra juicy in the rain 😏
