Mother's Day is almost here, so we at Ancara Estate keep busy by delivering our beautiful bluegum to florists.
Even the rain doesn't stop us from making sure all Mothers get their deserved flowers. 💐

A HUGE thank you to everyone who enjoyed our cherries this season! We have had a significant number of people through our orchard since Christmas and have been picked out so are now closed for this year. We are so grateful to everyone who continued to support us after the Christmas rush.

And a really big thank you to our friends and neighbours, Chris and Emily from the team for sending customers our way once their season had finished. Communities and industry supporting each other is special, friends supporting each other is everything! Love you guys!🫶🫶🫶

Just a reminder that we are closed today, and we'll reopen on Boxing Day, staying open til picked out.

May your Christmas tables be heaving with delicious food and Ancara Estate cherries, and here's hoping your day is filled with friends, family and a little afternoon snooze 😅

Just a reminder we're still closed today to give the remaining crop a little more time to ripen, and we'll open again tomorrow at 10am.

🍒 open 10am - 4pm, last entry 3.30pm
🍒 no bookings needed
🍒 $8 entry fee per person (ages 5- adult)
🍒$16/kg pyo cherries
🍒 cash & eftpos accepted
🍒 toilets and parking on site
🚫 please don't bring any food from home to the adelaide hills (help us prevent fruit fly)
🚫 no pets

We'll then close on Christmas Day, and reopen on Boxing Day, 26th Dec.

Wow! We had a huge number of people through our gates yesterday and have checked the orchard this morning and found we're running low on ripe fruit. So we will close early today at 12pm. You are more than welcome to come but you will have to explore the orchard to full your bucket.

We will be closed tomorrow 22 Dec to allow the rest off the crop to ripen and will post an update again tomorrow evening about when we will reopen.

Thank you so much to those who came yesterday, we are so grateful you choose to support our orchard. And our sincerest apologies for these added delays, mother nature is a harsh mistress!

Please note we will be closed Friday 19 December as the cherries have not ripened as expected, so we'll give them one more day of warm weather and sunshine and will open on Saturday 20th December instead. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused 🍒

Farmer Andrzej has inspected the trees and we are go for cherries, people!! 😃
The next few warm days will help the cherries to ripen beautifully, so here's a reminder of how we roll at the Estate...

We will stay open until picked out, closing on Christmas Day and any catastrophic fire days.

Thanks to all who came to pick cherries this weekend! We will be closed Mon-Tues while we await ripening of the rest of the orchard, and hope to reopen mid-week, but keep an eye in our socials for confirmation.
