As we prepare to welcome a new season and a new menu, we’re taking a moment to celebrate what has been a very special month of dining at Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard.
Our May menu has showcased some of Head Chef John Clements-Simpson’s favourite dishes, including the crowd-favourite Cherry Bakewell Soufflé — a dessert inspired by childhood memories and one that has quickly become a favourite amongst our guests.
