Hi Everyone!

Apologies for being a little quiet on our socials lately! We've been super busy on a brand new big build down at Hazel Park!

We are installing:

🐮 a 50 bail DeLaval E100 Rotary Dairy Full Herd Management Specification.

🐮A LVP4500 Lobe Vacuum Pump with a variable speed drive

🐮The clusters that will be attached to the cows will be Evanzas, utilising the Clover Liner Cartridges that will make liner changes a breeze.

🐮Washing the system will be a C325 whilst the MF675 Milk Filter will be providing filtration before going through the M6 Single Bank 6000L Plate heat Exchanger will be doing the pre cooling.

🐮The Teat Spray Robot 2 will be automatically applying teat spray.

The system will be run on Delpro Herd Management Software, that will work with the MA200 Milking Automation with MM27BC Milk Meters that are ICAR approved to provide milk production details, along with conductivity and blood information with every milking. Sorting cows after they exit will be a DSG5.

Other features include a Comfort Floor that raises or lowers at cups on to ensure an optimum level for the operator to attach clusters. The system will have Flow Adjusted Stimulation, a process that lowers the vacuum at teat end level as well as adjusting pulsation to stimulate the teat, this helps eliminate bi modal milking which increases milk flow and reduces milking time.

We can't wait to share some more progress photos and videos with you.

As always, if you have any questions, comment below or give us a call on 0480 856 885!
