The Blue Mountains Gin Company’s first two product lines are sibling gins named after the Mountain Devil plant, a long-established emblem of the Blue Mountains. Mountain Devil Classic and Mountain Devil Black Label are dry gins with distinctive flavour profiles that will appeal to discerning people who appreciate new taste experiences.

Meet the real distillery team.

While Harry might be the one distilling every bottle of Mountain Devil Gin and Wild Dog Vodka by hand, he's rarely working alone.

Joining him each day are Betsy, the wise and patient matriarch, Sylvie, who has grown into her own personality, and Barnie, whose main job appears to be making sure absolutely everything revolves around Barnie.

It's hard to believe the pups are now one year old. They've spent the past twelve months supervising production, greeting visitors, chasing attention, and keeping Harry company through the long days of crafting spirits right here in Katoomba.

One of the things we love about being a small, independent distillery is that everything happens on site. The spirits are distilled, bottled and labelled here, and if you visit at the right time, there's a good chance you'll also be greeted by a golden retriever or three.

Live music, handcrafted spirits and a cosy winter atmosphere await this weekend at Blue Mountains Gin Company.
This Friday, we're welcoming The Art of Joinery from 6:30pm, bringing their unique blend of acoustic sounds to The Factory Bar.
Then for Winter Magic Festival on Saturday, settle in for an afternoon and evening of live music with:
• THE TINKERS from 4:30pm
• BONNIEDOON from 6:30pm
Grab a gin cocktail, gather around the fire pit and make a night of it.
While you're here, don't miss our Winter Magic Festival specials, distillery experiences and bar food menu.
Bookings are recommended, particularly for Saturday evening.

Our cheese platters are loaded with local cheeses, house-made pickles, seasonal accompaniments, and all the little extras that turn "just one drink" into a whole evening.

The Negroni isn't a cocktail that tries to please everyone, and that's exactly why its fans love it.
Our Boar's Head Negroni combines the bittersweet punch of Campari, the rich herbal complexity of Italian Cinzano Rosso vermouth, and our own Mountain Devil Classic Gin to create a perfectly balanced take on this iconic cocktail.
Named after the distinctive Boar's Head rock formation here in Katoomba, it's a drink that honours both its Italian roots and its Blue Mountains home.
Serve it over ice with a twist of orange and a splash of tonic, or let us pour one for you at The Factory Bar.
Some cocktails follow trends. The Negroni simply waits for people to catch up.
