The Negroni isn't a cocktail that tries to please everyone, and that's exactly why its fans love it.

Our Boar's Head Negroni combines the bittersweet punch of Campari, the rich herbal complexity of Italian Cinzano Rosso vermouth, and our own Mountain Devil Classic Gin to create a perfectly balanced take on this iconic cocktail.

Named after the distinctive Boar's Head rock formation here in Katoomba, it's a drink that honours both its Italian roots and its Blue Mountains home.

Serve it over ice with a twist of orange and a splash of tonic, or let us pour one for you at The Factory Bar.

Our Distillery Dogs competition has been running for months now, and our wall is filling up with some very handsome faces.

Bring your dog along to The Factory Bar (on a leash, please!) courtyard and ask one of our team members to take a Polaroid photo of your furry friend. We'll add them to our ever-growing Distillery Dogs wall of fame.

Each month, Harry and Jann choose their favourite pup, and the winner takes home a full-sized bottle of Blue Mountains Gin Company spirits. 🍸
