We offer fresh style curds, semi hard styles that come of age mid-winter, summer white mold varieties to die for, two marinated styles, natural yoghurt and ricotta healthy with not sugar or other chemicals. Well we tried to post an update this weekend but the wifi played up.
Tarana market was a beautiful day. The vistas out that way are lovely to see ..ar the moment and the poplars are vivid gold and orange.
The farm is also showing some nice colour too. Product diispatch day is tomorrow..just getting to the website now. Heres some snaps of the weekend .

Neil is preparing our cheese for Mudgee Makers Market tomorrow. Might be our last visit to Mudgee for a while if petrol is scarce. Taking lots of cheese. 🫶 Deliveries to Sydney, freight, and shops will be a priority!

We have had some lovely Easter Saturday visitors today enjoying the cheese and kid goatlings and last week visiters loved our grazing platters, that we sell at the farm cellar door. The dogs have love minding everyone.

Our grazing plate is a great lunch treat for two or an afternoon snack for four. TheJannei cheese grazing plate comes with fruit, olives, condaments and crackers. Plus hone made sour dough.
Open till 5pm Saturdays.

Raining at the farm today but a good time for guests to drop by and find some excellent cheese for a cosy grazing platter. Jannei is all authentic farm made cheese from harvested milk on site!
Open till 5pm Thur's. Frid's and Saturdays. Tarana market tomorrow fourth Sunday's.
Bihou loves the wet but not so keen on the thunder.

Order your Jannei at our partner stores! We have several shops that order each week. They will order extra if they get your orders..theft in these hard times is making it also hard for our shops to leave high end items out... so order and pre-pay and it will be put away ready for you.
