Hi Folks,
Well Spring has Sprung & what a gorgeous day it was for the 1st day of this delightful season. As it is Father’s day this Sunday we will have some yummy extra’s for those that want to spoil their Dad including Chocolate Kaluah Fudge, Pistachio & Cranberry Fudge as well as Butterscotch fudge. I will also be doing extra pastries for a Sunday Brunch including spinach, Basil Pesto & Feta Pinwheels , Croissants, Chocolate Croissants & others. Pete has been busy making a variety of Hot Chilli sauces as well as Tomato Chilli Jam & Tomato relish , caramelised onion & of course who doesn’t love his particularly tasty BBQ sauce.

Hi Folks,
OMG can you believe that Winter is nearly over & Spring is about to begin, our grass in the paddock has just started to go gangbusters. Also only 2 more weeks until Fathers Day so this week I will be making some Tim Tam & some Chocolate Fudge( possibly will add some Baileys to it). Our spinach, Basil Pesto & Feta Pinwheels have been a big hit so we will do another batch of these. Pete is making a few different Hot sauces as well as his Tumeric, Coriander Orange & Lemon Marmalade( this is very tasty with cheese & crackers as well as on your toast, also a nice glaze on meat.

Hi Folks,
Hope you are all having a fantastic week, we had loads of fun with the grubblets, and spent lots of time outdoors doing some major gardening jobs & a lively ride with my Dad & cousin today, so all in all a very pleasant week.
Pete has just made another batch of everybody’s favourite lemon butter, I will be doing a batch of weetbix slice & if I get time some Tim Tam slice as you can never have too much chocolate! I might also have enough croissant dough to make some lemon butter & apple pastries we shall have to wait & see, I will also have a small batch of Spinach & feta pinwheels.

Hi Folks,
The August winds are here for a last Winter Hurrah! Hope you all are having a great week. This week Pete will be doing some more of his super granola & we have tumeric, fennel & sesame seed Gone Crackers. We sold out of sourdough pretty quickly last week so if you are definitely after sourdough try & do a pre order by Wednesday afternoon so I know whether or not I need to make a little more sourdough for the week.
I will be making a batch of Chocolate Gluten Free Brownies as well as a batch of Zucchini & Walnut loaf (this is one of my favorites)
I still have a couple of Christmas fruit cakes & Puddings for any one that is hankering for some with a cup of tea or custard.

Hi Folks,
Hope you are all enjoying this lovely sunny Winter weather, only 4 more weeks & we will be in Springtime! We got to have lots of fun with family over the weekend including having a fun sleepover with the grand grubblets.
Once again I will be doing a few loaves of our high Protein sourdough so please pre order this if it something you are interested in. We have a few early Christmas Puddings & Christmas Cakes available this week.
Pete has been pretty busy making Mixed Berry Jam, Fig Jam, Raspberry Jam & Tomato Chilli Jam, he just can’t help himself. At special request Pete will also be making a batch of Crème Brulee for this week.
