Sorry for the late post we were busy catching up with friends yesterday. How good is this rain, hopefully it has put a decent amount of water in our tanks!
Pete is making a batch of his delicious Creme Brulee with burnt toffee for those wanting a tasty dessert

Hi Folks,
How crazy is this weather boiling hot one day & freezing cold the next! We had loads of fun with the grubblets including swimming & a 21km cycle around the lake- ice creams are a great bribe item.
This week I will make extra apple T/O’s + cream as they sold out really quickly last week, I will also make a batch of spinach, basil & feta pinwheels.

Well, I had a great week away with my crazy family (Yes it is hereditary!) Lovely blue skies although the water was too chilly for a swim still & the beach had nice views out to Split Solitary island.

Hi Folks,
Well Spring has Sprung & what a gorgeous day it was for the 1st day of this delightful season. As it is Father’s day this Sunday we will have some yummy extra’s for those that want to spoil their Dad including Chocolate Kaluah Fudge, Pistachio & Cranberry Fudge as well as Butterscotch fudge. I will also be doing extra pastries for a Sunday Brunch including spinach, Basil Pesto & Feta Pinwheels , Croissants, Chocolate Croissants & others. Pete has been busy making a variety of Hot Chilli sauces as well as Tomato Chilli Jam & Tomato relish , caramelised onion & of course who doesn’t love his particularly tasty BBQ sauce.

Hi Folks,
OMG can you believe that Winter is nearly over & Spring is about to begin, our grass in the paddock has just started to go gangbusters. Also only 2 more weeks until Fathers Day so this week I will be making some Tim Tam & some Chocolate Fudge( possibly will add some Baileys to it). Our spinach, Basil Pesto & Feta Pinwheels have been a big hit so we will do another batch of these. Pete is making a few different Hot sauces as well as his Tumeric, Coriander Orange & Lemon Marmalade( this is very tasty with cheese & crackers as well as on your toast, also a nice glaze on meat.
