Two to three shifts per week, possibly more, ideally Thursday evenings and one to two weekend evenings. Starting ASAP!

The Barbecue community is very much like the beer community, and we’ve loved being part of both over the years. We celebrate each others successes and pull together when times are tough.

Pat, along with his brother Eddie grabbed the proverbial tiger by the tail when they decided to open the doors to this brilliant little venue and it’s been an absolute thrill to watch it explode from the beginning.
Lismore needs a venue like this. Towns and cities all over need a venue like this. A venue that welcomes everyone, that supports emerging artists and a business that is investing in its community and bringing visitors to our doorstep.
