The humble fried potato has officially joined the POP Food Truck menu — but apparently what we’re actually calling it is still very much under review.

Potato scallop? Potato cake? Something else entirely?

While Lismore continues to sort that out for us, you can at least agree on one thing:

We weren’t planning to cause a dessert situation… but here we are.

Introducing the POP Puff Apple Strudel 🍎

From tomorrow, served hot, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, with whipped cream on the side. Add a coffee and call it self-care.
