I just have a couple questions..
How is it June already?
Why haven't I released any new pastry yet?
Will someone tell me when that dot cake trend is up? It's literally just cake, and sprinkles.

We have some slightly large changes coming in July, which may throw a spanner into the works. But it's honestly a good change and for the better. Will keep you posted about these soon 🫶🏻

AN UPDATE FROM ME 🩷

We haven't been open the last couple of Saturdays..
Here's why.

My small team of lovely ladies and myself have been working too hard and dealing with burn out, sickness, injuries, and mental health issues.
This means there will be some pivoting moves made to keep the wheels turning in this little bakery. This will mean changes in and around the bakery and our processes.

This is NOT a closing post. But with today's economy, it's vital that you, our customers, keep supporting your local business owners. Watching our numbers slowly dwindling is scary to see week by week.

Afternoon shifts from 2pm to 10pm, baking our range of sourdough and pastries. Knowledge in yeasted dough is a bonus.
Days of work include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
***Shifts may shorten or change as required as it is a casual position***

Our pastry tart, or hand pie if you will.

Croissant pastry, filled and baked with vanilla custard, topped with roasted plum and brown sugar crumble.

Plum will be here for a little bit before we head to our winter fruit. I'm thinking quince, or rhubarb ✨
