From this weekend prepare to experience next level Spanish foodie heaven right here in the Adelaide Hills. Madrid born Spanish chef Juan Gallego .picapica has now trully settled in and shining in the Tilbrook Estate kitchen.

Each weekend enjoy along with the regular Spanish menu, a new specials menu. Launching tonight with:

Slow Roasted Spanish Style Ribs
Tender pork ribs with smoked paprika, garlic and sherry glaze

White Wine Poached Mussels
Fresh SA Mussels in a fragrant white wine, garlic & parsley broth

Chorizo a la Sidra
Spiced chorizo simmered in Lenswood Lobo Cider with crusty bread

All pairing perfectly with Tilbrook Estate Reserve Chardonnay or Estate Basket Pressed Pinot Noir.

Wedding preparation time is always a favourite time as tables are laid and the cellar door fills with flowers with friends, family and suppliers all working alongside each other to help everything come together.

This weekend we're just open Friday night and Saturday (closing at 4pm) with still some tables still available.

Sunday we'll be closed as we look forward to another wedding. Michelle and Steve, we can't wait to welcome you all!

This weekend! We're now fully booked for Mother's Day. Still availability Fri night and Sat after 2pm. We're all looking forward to welcoming everyone.

Definitely a weekend to rug up, head to our beautiful Hills with autumn in full swing, find a seat by the fire and enjoy some great wine, authentic Spanish Tapas, Paella and desserts.

It's time! Tilbrook Estate Mulled wine back in the house for another year from this weekend! Brewed freshly each weekend, available by the glass and bottle for take away. DM for orders of 6 or more bottles to ensure availability.

A Mother's Day update - we're looking forward to helping everyone celebrate the day. We're almost fully booked - just a few spots from 2pm onwards. If the weather is good, we'll open up more tables outside closer to the date - watch this space!

In the meantime, this weekend open for our regular trading hours Fri night and Sat/Sun. Availability all days.
