Vintage may be over, but the work doesn’t stop.
May marks the long exhale after the energy and excitement of harvest — a quieter kind of busy.
The wines are safely tucked away, the vines are beginning their winter rest, and behind the scenes our team is still hard at work; monitoring ferments, checking progress and waiting patiently to see what this vintage will become.
Meanwhile, Jamie’s been out and about sharing the wines our team works so hard to create — from Canberra to Adelaide Central Market 🍷
