Vintage may be over, but the work doesn’t stop.

May marks the long exhale after the energy and excitement of harvest — a quieter kind of busy.

The wines are safely tucked away, the vines are beginning their winter rest, and behind the scenes our team is still hard at work; monitoring ferments, checking progress and waiting patiently to see what this vintage will become.

Meanwhile, Jamie’s been out and about sharing the wines our team works so hard to create — from Canberra to Adelaide Central Market 🍷

Some vintages are good. Some are unforgettable.

2021 was one of those years — a long, cool season with perfect ripening conditions and fruit that could stay on the vine until exactly the right moment.

The result? Jimmy’s Block Shiraz.

What started as a slightly crazy idea turned into one seriously drinkable red 🍷

We asked ourselves:
What would happen if we blended all our reds into one?

So we did.

Pinot Noir for bright fruit.
Cabernet for structure.
Shiraz for richness.
Merlot for softness.

The result? A smooth, layered blend that somehow just works.

People are often unsure at first… but this one has a habit of winning them over.
