💙Lobethal. We love where we live and the wonderful surroundings of where we get to make our cheeses. Our home in the Adelaide Hills, isn't just rolling hills, meandering waterways and historic buildings - There's also so much wildlife that, in moments, makes you stop and appreciate its beauty.

Cheese is a lot like wine when preparing to serve. Check out our team's handy tips 👉
Cheese with mould or maturation (think Brie, blue, cheddar etc) should be served like a red wine at room temperature and cheese that is fresh (think feta, chevre and goat curd) should be served like a white wine at fridge temperature 🥂 So, prepare the cheese platter in advance (and a side plate to ensure quality control 😉)
